Smarter Canvassing. Better Data.
Jancik LLC has completely reimagined political field outreach. Currently focused exclusively on Minnesota campaigns, our proprietary platform uses AI-powered voice notes and real-time map radar to outperform outdated systems and keep your campaign moving.
Minnesota Statutory Data Use Compliance
Minn. Stat. § 201.091Under Minnesota Statute (§ 201.091), voter list data may be used solely for election, political, campaign, or law enforcement purposes. To comply with state law and verify that data is used exclusively for authorized political or campaign activities, system access is provided following user verification.
1. Tell us who you are
A campaign, candidate committee, party unit, or organization doing election, political, or campaign work. We confirm the organization and a named account holder.
2. Agree to the terms of use
Voter data stays inside your campaign: no resale, no sharing, and no use for harassment, intimidation, or discrimination.
3. Get access, with safeguards
Each campaign is isolated from every other, and we may suspend access for misuse. Requests that don’t fit these purposes are declined.
Built for the Modern Trail
We analyzed the bottlenecks in field operations and engineered a suite of tools that makes organizing faster, smarter, and infinitely more effective.
Live Auto-Updating Map Radar
As you walk down a street, see all properties highlight based upon the filters you chose, updating automatically as you walk. Click on any property to instantly view detailed information about all registered voters living there.
Multi-Filter Stacking (Map or List)
Want households with 4+ registered voters AND who are likely to vote in the primaries? Combine any number of filters on your data and view target voters seamlessly as a list or on an interactive map.
Targeted Canvassing Scenarios
Short on time or preparing for election day? Isolate high-density doors, primary voters, or custom demographics instantly to ensure every door knock yields maximum impact.
AI Voice Notes
Stop freezing your hands typing on screens. Dictate a quick note as you walk to the next property and our system turns it into a clean contact record. One note can cover every registered voter at the address, each with their own result.
Automated True-Route Subturfs
We group houses based on real street-walking paths, not 'as the crow flies' distance, saving hours of wasted walking time for your teams.
QR Onboarding & Role Privacy
No app stores, no passwords. Volunteers scan a QR code to canvass instantly, seeing only the door info they need while staff data stays protected.
Donor Intelligence
Search any Minnesota campaign committee and see which voters on your list have given to it. Break down the money by election cycle, top donors and employers, and how much came from inside the district, then open those donors in your voter list to map, export or turf. Built from the state’s public campaign-finance records, using confirmed matches only.
A Partisan Index You Can Explain
Every voter gets a −5 (Republican) to +5 (Democratic) score that blends giving history, how their precinct votes, and name and background signals. Staff can see how each score was built and correct it by hand when they know better.
District Demographic Snapshots
Administrators can see the predicted makeup of their own voters, a legislative district or a county: age, voting history, predicted leaning compared with recent election results, plus predicted race/ethnicity and cultural-origin estimates to plan outreach and language needs.

Need Something Custom?
Every campaign has questions a standard report can’t answer. The system’s data is organized so it can be analyzed and connected to other tools in almost any way. If you need custom reports, data imports or integrations, our Lead Systems Architect, with nearly 30 years of data modeling experience, can build them to fit your campaign.
Beyond Political Campaigns
Our technology is completely data-agnostic. While official voter data cannot be used for non-election purposes, the underlying platform provides a massive competitive advantage for any organization using their own supplied lists for field operations, custom targeting, or geographic routing.
Custom Data Import
Import any proprietary dataset you own. We can run our cultural origin modeling, complex heatmaps, and geographic clustering directly against your client or customer lists.
Door-to-Door Sales
Replace clunky clipboards and inefficient routing. Empower your sales force with true-route subturfs, live map intelligence, and instant voice-to-text lead logging using your own supplied data.
Intelligent Calling Lists
Generate targeted, highly specific phone banks for non-profits, advocacy organizations, or businesses using our advanced demographic heatmaps against your proprietary lists.
